This is with refrence with grievance registered in EPFiGMS vide registration number ROPUN/E/2012/04198 ,I would like to inform you that I Devinder singh,worked with Emcure Pharmaceuticals for 13 yrs My EPF Acc no is (PUPUN00217720000003833) I have sbmitted my document on 06.07.2011 but till date I have not received the amount , my banker(ICICI Bank Jammu) recieved A/C payee cheque.vide cheque no.384911 dtd 09/01/2012 of Rs 399289=00 of SBI Pune Branch-411001 through EMS speed post vide R/L no.9897 but SBI jammu has returned back the cheque citing reason that cheque drawn more than authorised limit by EPFO A/C No.1.which means that Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Pune is not authorised to sign cheque of more than 1 lac Rs.EPFO can only transfer the amount directly to my bank through RTGS.EPFO Pune hasn’t transfer the amount till date therefore I request your goodself to lookinto the matter & do the needfull.An early reply is highly appreciable.

You have to submit an additional form called ASR if your cheque is returned unpaid.
Gov offices will not change ever…they have given around 7-8 numbers but out of these 5-6 are not working/not exist and 2 numbers are working but the lines are not clear only unwanted tones comes once anyone received the phones ..this is the condition of our GOV.

i have submitted my pf to pune office July 2011 and till date i have not received the amount.My of number is PUN/300269/000/95 and i left the company in april 2010 and i get the mail to send the form 3a for the year 2011-12.
Hope this is clear when i have left the company and how the above asked for to be submitted.
I request you kindly look into this mater and clear my pf amount at the earliest, I have worked with six companies and never faced such a long waiting period for getting pf amount. Hope this will be done soon and some one hearing on the above.

In NOV 2011 i filled an online grievance no ROPUN/E/2011/09920…for which i got a revert” Details of Final Reply :Reissue intimation has been sent to the concerned group. Member is advised to fill up the reauthorisation form attached here and submit it to this office. ”
After long discussions with Bajaj allianz PF consultants(Sawantpfconsultant), i send them all the papersin january2012, which includes:-
1.signed Format as requested by PF office
2.Letter from My side to PF office
3.HDFC statement( new account in which PF has to be
transferred)
4.HDFC cancelled cheque( new account in which PF has to
be transferred)
5.Standard Chartered bank 1 year statement ( Old Account
statement, in which i have requested credit in may 2011)
i again waited till May 2012, on 31st may i submit an online complainton http://rti.india.gov.in….complaint number RC/UG/12/10036gxa5…i have resend aall the documents that i have send in january 2102 again
after getting no revert, on 8th of july i filed an RTI with 10 rs postal fee in favor of accounts officer and speedpost it to PIO golibar maidan pune address…its been over a month now and i havent got any revert yet.

My name is Komal Kamboj and I worked with Amdocs Pune for 3 yrs. My PF account is MH/PUN/120695/4304. My PF withdrawal request was submitted in April 2012 but till date I have not received my PF amount. Moreover I am unable to see my claim status on epf site epfindia.com. I called up PF office several times but no ones received the call. I have dropped mail as well with my concern and awaiting their response.

I have submited my PF withdrawal form on 04-Sep-12 and I was told that witnin 90 days it will be credited to my Bank account (Axix bank). Along with the form I have also submitted the canceled Bank cheuqe, so that no confusion about the A/c No.
From last 6 months, I was trying to contact to the RPFC, Pune office to the given phone numbers, 020- – 26449150/51, for which nobody will pick up the phone at all. Why PF trusts/companies in India are like Garbages, who does not even bother to pay out/Transfer the Employees money to their Bank accounts

I would request the RPFC, PUNE atleast to Transfer the PF money with intrest to my Bank account immediately.

I am now working with ACCLARIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd. for more than a year and having an EPF A/C No WB/40674/932. My current company (ACCLARIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd.) has submitted Form 13 for transfer of the EPF balance from the EPF account held with my previous company to the EPF account hold with my current company. It has got rejected and we have not got any rejection letter thereafter. I request you to let me know the rejection reason so that I can take necessary action to get my EPF transferred.

non receipt of epf claim
My PF a/c MH/18734/17516 was opened by Patni Comp Ltd. I initiated the process of PF retrival only in October 2009. I received a letter from company’s concerned authorities and a letter from Mr. S Y Pol, Account Officer, Regional PF Office, Mumbai stating that my PF refund has already been satiated/retrieved and that it has been closed in 2007 – 2008. I have been following up for this delaying and traumatizing matter for he last 9 months and till date there is no refund.
