Dear Sir,
My earlier employer is Orient Cement Works, Village-Devapur, Distt.Adilabad(AP) and my PF Account No.was NZ/KRN/0013433/000/0000992 (Earlier AP/0013433/000/0000992. I worked in this company for about 21 yesrs. I left that Co. in Sept., 2010 and immediately I joined with J.K.Cement Works, Muddapur (Karnataka) in October, 2010 and my present PF Account No.is GB/RCH/0047291/000/0000256. My PF accumulation of my previous account has not been transferred to my present account even after submission of the relevant Form -13C with the concerned PF office. The matter is pending since last 2 years.
Incidentally, I may mention here that in the Website of EPFO at “know your balance” menu my name is shown as K.Muralee.dharan i.e. a full stop in the middle of the name, which is incorrect. The correct name is K.Muraleedharan and I have received my all PF slips of old account and new account in my correct name. It appears that due to some typograhical error in my name at your end, is the reason for withholding transfer of my PF accumuation.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to transfer the PF accumulation to my present account without any further delay.
