I had submitted my claim in October 2010 and i am yet to receive the amount in to my account. I had mentioned my account number in the form as 19380 (CANARA BANK,NANGANALLUR,CHENNAI-61) but when i checked with the bank they said i should have mentioned it as 0929101019380.
I request you humbly to redeposit the amount if it had come back to you or Deposit it in 0929101019380 if it had not so. Let me know about the procedure for doing the same if any or this mail request itself is suffucient.

Hi,
I worked in HFDC Ltd and resigned my job on April 2011. I had submitted the PF form when I left the company itself and after a lot of calls the company had submitted my PF on 12/5/2012 at Bandra PF office.
Until now I havent received my PF and it shows under process. My PF number is : MH/Ban/211273/43489. I have been checking online daily and have been calling the PF office but not getting any reply.

So I submitted the reissue form in July 2011 .Its almost an year now and still not able to get any information /details / clearance on PF. i was employed in TCS, mumbai till jan 2012.
I joined cts on january 25th 2012 and resigned on august 30th 2012 .
My Previous employer was TCS.
I had initiated for PF transfer from TCS to CTS during the month of february 2012.
By the time I left CTS the status was ” CHEQUE SUBMITTED TO RPFO”.

It was said by our PF team that , only after the PF transfer happens , only then i can initiate my PF closure at CTS.

I have been trying real hard to get my PF Money from Bandra Office.
I have applied for Re-Issue of my PF amount (3rd Attempt) and submitted a form in July 2012. I see no update so far.
When I visited Bandra office they said they would process the Re-issue within a Month from the date of submission.
My first two applications (first two attempts) were not good. I never received my money credited into my account.
The thing that really concerns me is that there is no one who could exactly tell the status on my application (whether if they have received or in progress or something). When I talk to the enquiry all they say is “Dou (2) Mahina Lagega, Re-issue time leta Hai”. This is what I have been hearing from 2010.
Somebody please help….please advise.

I had applied for PF withdrawl on May 2012, I got the message saying, payment is under process some time in july.
I have not yet received the amount and when i check the status on the web site it is still the same.

This is reference to my PF A/C no. MH/BAN/111200094547, as I had made a request to transfer my PF amount to my new PF account no. UP/32214/15560 and it was rejected due to some reason and the amount is still not credited into my new account number (UP/32214/15560).
I had also visited to PF Mumbai office on “17th Aug 2012” located in BANDRA regarding the above issue and the Public Relation Officer (PRO) told me that your request is in under process and will be completed by end of September.
That time my online status was:

I worked in Kingfisher Airlines for 5 years.
I left company one year back. I sent PF Withdrawal forms to them twice but there is no response. I even checked at EPFO site but it says that they never received my PF withdrawal application.
Now i decided to submit my PF withdrawal application Directly to EPFO office Bandra after writing an application and getting it signed by a Gazetted officer.
My query is whether writing an application and getting is attested by a gazetted officer is enough to claim EPFO ?
My next query is where to submit form 19 and 10c?

I was working for Patni computer systems and I have resigned my job on Nov 4th 2010. I have submitted the PF Withdrawal form to my employer while resigning. My PF Account No is MH/18734/30189. I gave my Citi bank account details for PF closure but unfortunately my Citi bank account has been closed. So I have send the filled re-issue PF form to my previous employer and they have submitted the form and got acknowledgment from the Bandra office. I didn’t receive the money into my axis bank account please help me sir.
While checking the account balance it is showing the below response

I have submitted my 10C & form 19 to the my previous company Silicon Interfaces Pvt. Ltd,Mahalaxmi Mumbai, in May 2011. A year later ( in june 2012) I received letter from PF office saying “Claim is not attested by an authorised official”. In response to this letter I send a letter to “Silicon Interfaces Pvt. Ltd Mumbai” regarding this & asked them to make authorised signature. A copy of this letter is submiited to PF( Bandra office) also.
Still I have not received the PF amount So I filed the complaint online (Complaint No. ROBND/E/2012/16830)
Till today I have not received any response from PF office or from “Silicon Interfaces Pvt. Ltd”.
Please let me know when I will get my PF amount back.

I had forwarded a application to claim my Provident
Fund dated 07th May 2012 Claim Id is
MHBAN120700007600, and Member Id is
MHBAN00433390000000005. Despite of all the needful
provided to the Employees Provident Fund
Organisation for getting my PF, there is no response
from the organisation whatsoever. After the period
of about 6 months the organization rejects my
claims without any information provided to me till
date. A notification online shows my claims has
been rejected and a letter is dispatched to my
address regarding the same which I have not
received till date.Also when I visit the PF office of Gr 62 in person, the officer claims that the file is still under process and pending for A/C signature and the rejection status is due to the system error from PF office side. Kindly do the needful since I

Form 13 was submitted by my employer in October 2011 for my PF transfer from MH/BAN/45880/9043 to GN/GGN/25468/5450.
Now, my E-Passbook for MH/BAN/45880/9043 says that I’m a “settled member”. However, the E-Passbook for GN/GGN/25468/5450 does not show any fund transfer as yet.
Request you to look into the matter and let me know how soon can the amount be transferred to my new PF account.

This is with reference to the PF transfer query raised by me on 23/01/12 for which i have send a formal letter addrressing to the PF commissioner for which i have not received any reply till date. I have also tried contacting the PF office on phone on (022 – 26470004 Ext 1001) many times but in vain.My PF was transferred by my previous employer ICICI Securities (MH/48707/827) on 18/08/11 and that was duly acknowledged by the PF office (Bandra) via a stamp. Till date the PF has not been transferred to my current organisation at Gurgaon (HR/GGN/29493/514). I am finding it very difficult to contact any of the staff rwgarding my PF transfer. All these thing that pertains to employee saving should be seamless as this is what we save during the course of our employment for our future and we are taking so much paid for that. Kindly look into it on priority and initiate my transfer.
